A1: Please make sure the Bluetooth is on and keep the bracelet near your smartphone. restart the application or the Bluetooth connection. I try to find and match the device. Also, make sure your system is Android 4.4 or later of the phone, iOS 8.0 or later (iPhone 4S and later). Make sure your smartphone is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 and Bluetooth connectivity is stable.

Q2: Why is there no data about the application?
A2: After a successful connection with your smartphone, you need to update the application manually. Then the data of your bracelet, such as steps, distance and calories, will appear in the application. The application supports real-time heart rate measurement, PB, Spo2 and your level of fatigue.

Q3: Date and Time are not exact.
A3: Once the bracelet is connected to the app, time and date will be synchronized with the phone.

Q4: The bracelet can not be charged or I can only use it for a short time.
A4: Please use the product with the provided charging clip. The charger clip does not move constantly after contact, otherwise the friction will affect the charge and the battery will be exhausted soon.
