Common rail diesel Injector nozzle validator
Diesel Injector Nozzle Pop Tester fuel injector nozzle tester with 0 - 400 BAR / 0 - 6000 PSI Dual Scale Gauge BOSCCH injector checker is suitable for all common rail injector and mechanical injectors, auxiliary products have compression release valve, it can check the fuel injection conditions of various types of injector quickly and easily. It also can be used with common rail injector 118 solenoid valve tester to test various types of common rail injectors. The injector checker equipped with two different types of tubing. You can freely switch suitable for detecting the injector, it is a good choice to Initial inspection injector working state.
Diesel Injector Nozzle Tester / Pop Pressure Tester - Dual Scale Bar / PSI Gauge
This product helps to test Diesel Injectors for opening pressure, leakage, spray patterns, atomization, chatter characteristics and leakage between injector needle and injector body. Complete with transparent plastic tank and filter and two connecting pipes M12 and M14. Calibrated hand pump with 3 1/2" dial reading 0-600 bar (0-8000lbs/sq inch).
These Nozzle testers are used to adjust the injector nozzle opening pressure, nozzle seat tightness and to carry out leakage tests, spray pattern atomization repetition tests and chatter characteristic tests.
We also provide the Operation Manual explaining the details and operation of the injector nozzle tester and the different tests it performs in the package.
