This product is a DC48V power supply, the maximum current 85A power 4000W small power induction heating machine, mainly used for the heating and quenching of small iron metal materials, with the matching 70mL or 290ml graphite crucible up to 1600 degrees Celsius. Easy to melt iron, copper and gold Silver and other metals.
Product features and functions
1. 2mm thick PCB design, copper thickness 2OZ, large current, good heat dissipation;
2. 180mm 220V cooling fan;
3. The heating ring is wrapped with high temperature insulation material to prevent short circuit during heating and customize the specific heating coil;
4. The input terminal uses a large current power terminal, which can be directly connected to a dedicated 100A power meter;
5. Send the matching water pump to the water ring of the heating coil, and send the temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the main board at any time;

Precautions
1. Only those who purchase the motherboard and do not purchase the power supply must use their own power supply to ensure that the power supply can stably output more than 80A. Generally, two 50A communication power supplies are used in parallel.
2. The power-on sequence should follow the power supply first, wait a few seconds for the power supply to stabilize output, and then turn on the power between the power supply and the motherboard (it is recommended to use a current of 100A). Do not operate the error, otherwise it will directly burn the motherboard. And no protection. Turn off the switch between the main board and the power supply before turning off the power, and then turn off the power switch.
3. Work must be water-cooled and air-cooled at the same time. If any one of them does not work, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact the manufacturer for a solution;
4. If the conditional water cooling can be directly discharged by using cold water and hot water, the circulation method is not adopted, so that the heat dissipation effect is better;
5. Long-term use of antimony should be prepared, graphite high-temperature heating will react with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and gradually consume it;
6. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display, especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Whenever an abnormality is found, the power must be disconnected immediately.
