After insatllation if the item not working, please send a video to check the installation steps from the begin to the end,please show in the video of the item with a blue colour company tape "SWZNPART", if the item without a logo tape on it,please donot sign for the package,if you cannot receive the package by yourself,or receive by your friend.please let them to do for you,under all this case,will make full  refund to buyers bank account.Please make an order only after accept this opption,please let us know before place order if can not accept the solutions.
